What data we process
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process your full name, email address, message and the services you ticked. If you email or call us directly, we process the details you give us then.
Our hosting provider logs technical access data, such as IP address and request time, for security and to keep the site running.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.
We don’t use the data for advertising, we don’t sell it, and we don’t make automated decisions based on it.

- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and receiving contact form enquiries. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
Your rights

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
