Proposal and acceptance

Work begins with a written proposal stating the scope, timeline and price. Accepting the proposal, in writing or by email, constitutes the agreement.

Payment

An advance and the balance are paid in the amounts and on the dates set out in the proposal. The price doesn’t change unless the scope does.

Revisions

The number of design and content revision rounds is set out in the proposal. Changes that alter the scope are agreed separately, in writing, before they are made.

Timeline and materials

The timeline starts when the texts, photos and access details needed for the build arrive. If materials are late, the timeline is extended by the same amount of time.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the design, code and content become the client’s property. Third-party fonts, plugins and services are used under their authors’ licences.

Portfolio

Perasma may show the finished project in its portfolio and on social media, unless the proposal says otherwise. We never publish a client’s confidential data.

Care after launch

Care after launch is agreed separately, in the same written proposal.

VAT

Perasma is not registered for VAT. VAT is not charged under Article 90(2) of the Croatian Value Added Tax Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
